1. Acceptance
By requesting a trial, purchasing a plan or using PlayHuddleTV support, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Trial and account details
The free trial is provided to help you test compatibility before purchase. Trial availability may be limited to one per household, person, phone number or device. Keep all login and playlist details private.
3. Plans and devices
Plan length and simultaneous-device allowance are confirmed before payment. A device allowance means the number of simultaneous streams included in the selected plan. Player-app licenses and third-party device costs are separate unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Payment
Price, currency, plan length, device allowance and an available payment method are confirmed with you before payment. Do not send payment to an account that has not been confirmed through our official WhatsApp number or business email.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell access, share credentials beyond your selected device allowance, attempt to bypass security controls, disrupt the service, use automated tools against the website or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. Support
Setup assistance is provided through our official WhatsApp contact. Response times can vary with demand. You are responsible for maintaining compatible equipment, an internet connection and any independently licensed player app.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a future renewal by contacting us before its billing date where recurring renewal applies. Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Suspension
Access may be suspended or ended for non-payment, chargeback abuse, credential resale, security threats, excessive simultaneous use beyond the purchased allowance or another material breach of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayHuddleTV is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
